The Araponga micro-region sits at a high elevation in the state of Minas Gerais, spanning a range of microclimates that make it an ideal environment for specialty coffee to thrive. Local quality-focused programs centered on farmer education, improved processing techniques, and fermentation experimentation began in 2014, and has since grown a network of some 200 producers in the region. This offering brings together lots from four distinct farms - Morro dos Padeiros, Édio Miranda, Serra do Boné, and Casa Nova - all of whom have stood out for their pursuit of quality and dedication to their craft.
