Grown in the Cajamarca region of northern Peru, this coffee is the result of a decentralised network of small farms brought together through a cooperative model. The cooperative, established in 2015, supports its members through technical guidance and structured market access. By bringing together many small-scale operations, it enables a level of consistency and organisation that would otherwise be difficult to achieve at this scale.
