Controlling the supply chain from farmer to customer ensures these coffees meet the standards for Falcon’s Blueprint Project label, providing economic transparency for every contributing household. Additionally, Peru was the first origin selected for Falcon’s Carbon Project, which began in Autumn 2022 to conduct in-depth research into carbon emissions at the farm level.
