Mexico Chiapas Altura is sourced from family-owned farms organized around the Cooperativa de Producción Tzeltal-Tzotzil. An organization operating in the northern part of Chiapas, Mexico. Exceptional care is taken by producers to depulp, ferment, and dry their coffee. All of which is made possible by farm-owned micro mills.
