Degree: Light From the hills around Antigua, Guatemala, this coffee is collected ripe from local smallholdersSmallholderA farmer growing coffee on a small family plot — often under two hectares. Most of the world's coffee is grown this way, typically pooled at cooperatives or washing stations. and estates, then brought to Los Volcanes Coffee’s Beneficio La Esperanza. After careful washing and sorting, the coffee is pulped and undergoes a closely monitored fermentation with temperature control to keep the profile precise and clean. The parchment is then washed again and dried on patios under the sun, with regular raking and careful piling to manage heat and ensure even moisture loss. What we love at Fjord is the composure and clarity in the cup: Expect rich Milk Chocolatey notes with the brightness that reminds us of Orchid Fruits & Cherry, structured and a calm, persistent sweetness that deepens as it cools. It’s a quietly expressive, classic washed profile delivered with modern precision. A mix of Bourbon, Catuai and Geisha from the farms of Antigua adds nuance and gentle florality. We roast this lightly for filter to honour the work at origin and to present the elegant definition that a well-executed washed process can achieve. 250g €/kg: 59.6€ | 1kg €/kg: 51.9€ All coffees come as whole beans. If you need a coffee grinder we highly recommend purchasing the Fellow Ode Grinder .
