“This one is an absolute flavour bomb. A really great example of what happens when you put rare varietals and highly skilled farmers together.” Prepare yourselves people, you’re in for an experience. NaturalNatural processThe whole cherry is dried with the fruit still on the seed. Gives heavier body and big fruit flavors — think berries and wine — sometimes with a fermenty edge. processed coffee is often on the wild side as you probably know, but this one is on another level. In the cup, there’s a lot going on. Big exotic floral notes dominate however you brew and you may also find a lovely star anise flavour running through. The lime acidityAcidityThe bright, lively, fruit-like sensation in coffee — praise, not a flaw. Citric sparkle, malic apple-crispness, tartaric wine notes; light roasts preserve more of it. cuts through to provide some clarity and zing and there’s also a subtle, almost medicinal cherry balsam not e in there too. Make no mistake, this is intensely wild espresso and if that's your thing, you’re going to love it. Add milk, and things calm down a fair bit and syrupy sweetness dominates. We’ve been loving this coffee the most as filter though. Every brew seems to bring something new. A real top drawer lot this one. Enjoy.
