José Salazar produces coffee with his family on their small farm near the important agricultural hub of Pitalito in the department of Huila, Colombia. This is our third consecutive year featuring his coffee, beginning with a Cup of ExcellenceCup of Excellence (COE)A national competition and auction that identifies a country's best lots each year; winning 'COE' lots command dramatic price premiums. lot of we released on our Reserve Lot menu in 2022.
