TOFFEE - ORANGE - MILK CHOCOLATE Amigos Del Huila brings together micro-lots from 14 smallholderSmallholderA farmer growing coffee on a small family plot — often under two hectares. Most of the world's coffee is grown this way, typically pooled at cooperatives or washing stations. producers across Huila. Each lot is the result of attentive ecological practices: ripe cherry selection, thoughtful fermentation—often in sealed GrainPro bags or traditional tanks—and slow, shaded drying over 2–3 weeks. The result is a decaf that reflects the clarity, care, and connection we seek in every cup. We’re proud to bring you this beautiful, caffeine-free expression of Huila and the producers behind it. The Sugarcane DecafSugarcane (EA) decafDecaffeination using ethyl acetate derived from fermented sugarcane, common in Colombia. Keeps sweetness well; often labeled 'EA' or 'sugarcane process'. Difference The EA (ethyl acetate) decaffeination process uses a naturally derived compound from sugarcane to gently remove caffeine while preserving flavor. It’s a clean, careful method that aligns with our values—sourcing decaf that’s as vibrant, sweet, and expressive as the coffees we serve every day, just without the caffeine.
