During harvest, producers rely on family labor to hand-pick coffee in cherry for centralized processing. At the mill, the cherries are washed with spring water, fermented for 48 hours in concrete tanks, and mechanically dried for 60 hours. The result is a clean, balanced cup with gentle sweetness, soft citrus brightness, and a rounded, approachable finish.
