We decided to pay tribute to the wild and explosive natural coffees to be found in Colombia by naming this rotating selection after the equally delightful game. This current lot of natural processed coffee comes from Diego Horta in Santa Maria, Huila. He focuses on innovation, quality, sustainability and biodiversity and has delivered a fantastic coffee with notes of tropical fruits, citrus and tons of sweetness.
