Lands between washed and natural: more sweetness and body than washed, cleaner than natural. on the nose. In the cup, dark plum and grape flavors are complemented by a delicate orange acidityAcidityThe bright, lively, fruit-like sensation in coffee — praise, not a flaw. Citric sparkle, malic apple-crispness, tartaric wine notes; light roasts preserve more of it. as well as a rich chocolate character and a sweet herbal quality in the finish.
