We continue to be impressed by the ability of the Long Miles team to produce extremely clean, dry-processed coffees that display uniquely present acidityAcidityThe bright, lively, fruit-like sensation in coffee — praise, not a flaw. Citric sparkle, malic apple-crispness, tartaric wine notes; light roasts preserve more of it., and this Reserve Lot is yet another example. Densely sweet and impeccably clean, this dry processed selection presents mouth-watering dark fruit flavors of black cherry and tart cranberry amidst syrupy sweet browning sugars reminiscent of molasses and gingerbread.
