This is the green, unroasted version of our Finca El Chaferote II It's been a while since we've had a pure pink bourbonBourbonOne of the two foundational arabica varieties (with Typica), named after Île Bourbon (Réunion). Sweet, balanced, caramel-leaning; parent of countless modern cultivars. on the menu, and we are stoked that Erick Bravo's El Chaferote is how we beat the drought.
