Character

We're thrilled to add this lovely chiroso to the menu! Welcome Santa Helena, a super clean, washed coffee from Huila, a great combo of red plum, orange, and raisin flavors, with a remarkable depth as well. Santa Helena is a new-to-us farm. With 11 hectares of coffee production, this family farm cultivates chiroso, pink bourbon, gesha, and var. Colombia. With partners InConexus, Santa Helena is continually improving their farming practices, and this gem is the result. Ripe cherries were selected, depulped, and fermented for 48 hours. After thorough washing, the coffee dried in parabolic driers for 20-25 days. As usual, Prodigal rush shipped the coffee to us to preserve freshness! Process: Washed Region: Huila, Colombia Variety: Chiroso Make sure to check that the roast date you've selected is what you're looking for — if there is an "upcoming roast" for this coffee, the upcoming roast date is listed under the tasting notes at the top of this product page. Please read our shipping info page!
