GeishaGesha (Geisha)A rare, jasmine-and-bergamot scented variety originally from Ethiopia's Gesha forest, made famous by Panama's Hacienda La Esmeralda. Routinely the most expensive coffee at auction., one of the farm’s flagship lots, reflects Pablo’s innovative approach to high-altitude farming, combining agroforestry and meticulous processing to achieve clarity and complexity in the cup. It’s a coffee that has also followed us onto the competition stage, brewed twice by Stefan at the Brewers Cup.
