For generations, they have produced exceptional coffee around the town of Marcala in La Paz, western Honduras, near the border with El Salvador. It is no understatement to say Fabio Caballero Jr has coffee in his blood. A fifth-generation producer, he is already demonstrating the depth of skill and focus that has defined the Caballero name for decades.
