In the mid-1970s, Teodoro expanded the family business and purchased another existing farm . Toñ a is the name of the highest section of the farm , where this lot was grown , and is also home to many of the Garrido family’s competition winning coffees, having placed in the top ten, in all three Best of Panama categories (Geisha Washed, Geisha Natural, & Varietal) multiple times. For this ASD Natural, cherries were fermented in sealed tanks, with little oxygen, before being dried on raised beds . T his geisha is sweet and creamy, with notes of honey and cascara (dried coffee cherry).
