The farm has a unique combination of microclimates, soil diversity, and altitude which make s it ideal for growing high quality coffees – many varieties are cultivated ; including CaturraCaturraA natural dwarf mutation of Bourbon found in Brazil: compact plants, easier picking, bright and clean cup.
