Gives heavier body and big fruit flavors — think berries and wine — sometimes with a fermenty edge. Ethiopian lot that tastes like vibrant mixed berries and sweet dark chocolate. To brew, simply tear off the top of the pouch and hang the arms over your favourite mug, slowly pour 200ml of hot water through the bag and wait for it to drip through. Each bag contains 11g of coffee, is individually sealed and nitrogen flushed, giving them a 12 month shelf life.
