Character

After acquiring a small 1.5-hectare farm, Alexander started fresh – carefully replanting with Catuaí beans to grow this sweet, fruity coffee. This year, Alexander started experimenting with honey processing a small lot of his coffee—leaving a small amount of mucilage on the parchment after pulping, resulting in a jammy, fruity cup of coffee with notes of blackberry, lemon, and chocolate. Hailing from a long line of coffee farmers in the Santa Bárbara region, Alexander Sabillon is the youngest of his family and the first to produce specialty coffee.
