Character

This is not your typical Colombian coffee. Sourced specifically to step outside of what many people expect from Colombia, it offers an expressive, fruit forward cup that still encapsuates the balance and structure the region is loved for. This honey-processed coffee, made from the Castillo variety, is roasted on the lighter side to highlight its character. You’ll find a vibrant and layered profile: notes of strawberry, grapefruit, and lemon custard, rounded out by wildflower honey and soft cocoa. The finish is crisp and clean, with a sweetness that lingers. This coffee is a community grown blend, traceable to four producers farming small plots in Popayán, Cauca. If you’re looking to explore something new within a familiar origin, this is a great place to start. This premium release offers a different perspective on what Colombian coffee can be. Grown at 1,740-2080 masl 340g Whole bean.
