For generations now, the Souzas have been doing things a bit differently in Brasil. Bruno Souza processes his coffee carefully in small batches, producing the best coffee he can – not the most. Gives heavier body and big fruit flavors — think berries and wine — sometimes with a fermenty edge. harvest is sweet and full bodied with notes of guava, cherries, and nut brittle. We don’t source many coffees from Brasil, but then again, the Souza family produces coffees that will make you rethink what Brasilian coffee is really all about.
