Deep in the cloud forest off the Pan-American Highway, Finca La Roca is one of the highest farms in the Tarrazú region, sitting at 2000 MASL. Grown on 10 hectares of land adjacent to their father’s farm by brothers Dario, Felix, and Juan Carlos, La Roca: Quebrada is a bright and sweet coffee, with a deep complexity and fragrant florals.
