Most of what they grow is Pink BourbonBourbonOne of the two foundational arabica varieties (with Typica), named after Île Bourbon (Réunion). Starting in 2022, our goal was to establish a long term, mutually beneficial partnership with a producer who shared a similar passion for outstanding coffee. Continually, this is one of our most delicious releases. This coffee is a heady mix of fruit, texture and acid. In an ever changing landscape of extended, experimental fermentation, it is fantastic to have a coffee representing the other side of the spectrum. This coffee is one that is grown with the upmost care and attention, processed with minimal intervention, allowing the inherent flavours to shine through.
