We are highly impressed with the intentionality behind this naturalNatural processThe whole cherry is dried with the fruit still on the seed. Gives heavier body and big fruit flavors — think berries and wine — sometimes with a fermenty edge.-processed lot from Finca Sophia. In the cup we find an exceptionally clean, fruit-forward profile of strawberry, blueberry, jasmine, and peach.
