Finca Surya sits directly next to Pepe Jijon's new farm, San Pedro. We have worked with several harvests from Francisco in the past and are excited to see these two passionate producers come together to create extraordinary lots. This middle-season lot is comprised of cherry harvested from April 1st through 5th. In the cup we find white florals, pear, and melon.
