This exceptionally clean fermented honeyHoney processThe skin is removed but some sticky fruit mucilage is left on during drying. Lands between washed and natural: more sweetness and body than washed, cleaner than natural. selection from the Mikuba site has a slightly brighter profile. In the cup we find red berries, orange blossom, and mulled citrus.
