This is our second year purchasing coffee from the Kibingo washing stationWashing stationA central mill where many smallholder farmers deliver cherry for processing. In Ethiopia, Kenya, and Rwanda the station name (e.g. Idido) often identifies the coffee., located in Kayanza—one of the world’s best coffee-growing regions. In the cup we find black tea, Key lime, and clove.
