We look forward to tasting coffee from Jair every year. His Pink BourbonBourbonOne of the two foundational arabica varieties (with Typica), named after Île Bourbon (Réunion). Sweet, balanced, caramel-leaning; parent of countless modern cultivars. is always loud, dynamic, and expressive. In the cup we find pomegranate, Meyer lemon, and hibiscus.
