This is the season’s third harvest pass from José Jijón’s new farm, Finca San Pedro. Located at some of the highest elevations we have seen for coffee in Ecuador, San Pedro is one of the most beautiful organic farms we have visited. In the cup we find pear, yellow melon, rose, and raspberry.
