This is our first year purchasing a lot from Oliva. It is a lovely expression of Pink BourbonBourbonOne of the two foundational arabica varieties (with Typica), named after Île Bourbon (Réunion). Sweet, balanced, caramel-leaning; parent of countless modern cultivars. grown in San Agustín, and we look forward to visiting Villa Sofia next season. In the cup we find dark berries, molasses, and a long, complex finish.
