This is our first year working with Albeiro’s coffee. This is an excellent representation of this special varietyVariety (cultivar)The botanical subtype of the coffee plant — Gesha, Bourbon, SL28 — analogous to grape varieties in wine. A major driver of cup character alongside origin and process. and a unique expression, coming from farther south in Urrao. In the cup we find gooseberry, peach, and star fruit.
