Character
Tasting NotesTasting notesThe flavors a roaster perceives in the cup — 'jasmine, apricot, black tea'. Descriptive associations, not ingredients: nothing is added to the coffee. Natalia was among the few producers we had the chance to interact with throughout our trip to San Augustin in 2024. Her entire family to some degree is completely dedicated to the craft of specialty coffee. In fact, each of the extended gamily members has domain over individual farms throughout the region.
