This is our first year working with Ludivia Luna’s coffee. We have released a number of Aruzi selections over the years, but it remains a varietyVariety (cultivar)The botanical subtype of the coffee plant — Gesha, Bourbon, SL28 — analogous to grape varieties in wine. A major driver of cup character alongside origin and process. we are still getting to know—and our exploration has only just begun. In the cup we find ripe plum, white grape, and hibiscus.
