We've been working in Banko Gotiti for several years now. Coffees from this region are always super clean, bright, and elegant. In this cup we find wildflower honeyHoney processThe skin is removed but some sticky fruit mucilage is left on during drying. Lands between washed and natural: more sweetness and body than washed, cleaner than natural., tangerine, and apricot.
