We are humbled to be entrusted to roast the very first exportable harvest of this varietyVariety (cultivar)The botanical subtype of the coffee plant — Gesha, Bourbon, SL28 — analogous to grape varieties in wine. A major driver of cup character alongside origin and process. separation from a very exciting project that has been years in the making. In the cup we find a delicate, yellow florality, excellent sweetness of blueberry pastry, and a ripe, peach-like complexity.
