It is with open arms that we welcome back this Mitaca lot from one of our main producing partners, and a happy return to one of our favorite regions of Colombia: Acevedo. In the cup we find a lemon candy acidityAcidityThe bright, lively, fruit-like sensation in coffee — praise, not a flaw. Citric sparkle, malic apple-crispness, tartaric wine notes; light roasts preserve more of it., a pastry-like sweetness with a deep berry complexity.
