The complexity and ripe fruit profiles found at high elevations in San Agustín are difficult to match. We are very excited to once again be working with the Hoyos family’s coffees. In the cup we find articulated and nuanced acidityAcidityThe bright, lively, fruit-like sensation in coffee — praise, not a flaw. Citric sparkle, malic apple-crispness, tartaric wine notes; light roasts preserve more of it., ripe red fruits, and excellent structure.
