This fun and exciting BourbonBourbonOne of the two foundational arabica varieties (with Typica), named after Île Bourbon (Réunion). Sweet, balanced, caramel-leaning; parent of countless modern cultivars. blendBlendCoffees from multiple origins roasted or mixed together for a consistent, balanced profile year-round — the traditional backbone of espresso menus. from Ticuna is comprised of two varieties that are almost always separated. However, this year’s extremely limited yields led José and Kyle to decide to blend them together. In the cup we find a deep, almost jam-like sweetness, ripe berries, pink grapefruit, and subtle orange blossom.
