This is the second harvest from José and Kyle’s extraordinary project, and it continues to be a fascinating experience to watch as we now start to see these profiles start changing as the trees mature. In this cup, we find a classic GeshaGesha (Geisha)A rare, jasmine-and-bergamot scented variety originally from Ethiopia's Gesha forest, made famous by Panama's Hacienda La Esmeralda. Routinely the most expensive coffee at auction. profile: floral-forward, delicate, tea-like, and ripe peach.
