This is a new producer for us and a lovely organic, although uncertified, selection from Planadas. This coffee is very well structured; sweetness forward, balanced, and integrated. In the cup we find chocolate, subtle citrus acidityAcidityThe bright, lively, fruit-like sensation in coffee — praise, not a flaw. Citric sparkle, malic apple-crispness, tartaric wine notes; light roasts preserve more of it., and soft red fruit.
