Kikaboni — meaning “organic” in Swahili — is grown on the forward-thinking Humkel Estate in Kenya’s Kericho County. As one of the first roasted certified organic coffees available in Kenya, it represents years of dedication to farming differently. The estate embraces regenerative practices including composting, biodiversity, and chemical-free cultivation to restore soil health and build climate resilience. As an omni roastEspresso / omni roastAn 'espresso roast' is developed further for extraction under pressure; an 'omni roast' is profiled to work for both espresso and filter from one bag., Kikaboni performs beautifully as both filter and espresso.
