Tasting notes

Character

Whole beans from the farm Iris Estate in the region of Boquete in Panama. It is a carbonic maceration washed processed geisha. As we are very impatient, we tasted the very first batch of this coffee a few hours after roasting. It seems to be floral and complex with a beautiful acidy like passionfruit. Then now we are even more impatient to taste it in a week after its rest. We buy from Iris Estate because year after year this farm gets better and better. It is sadly underrated but we believe it is very promising. Farm : Iris Estate Producer : Jamison Savage, Sasa Sestic and Elvin Siew Country : Panama Region : Chiriqui Altitude : 1800-2300m Varietal : Geisha Harvest : 2025 Process : Illumination process from Savage Coffee which means it is a carbonic maceration washed Importer : Direct purchase with Jamison Photos taken by us at the farm (which is unbelievable – a bit like you are in Jurassic Park and dinosaurs might show up) Whole beans from Iris Estate in Panama, carbonic maceration washed processed geisha. 100g Roasted on 15/06/2026
