Character
ABOUT THE COFFEE Our Costa Rican coffee comes from the legendary Coopepalmares in Palmares, Alajuela in Costa Rica's West Valley. Founded in 1962, the Cooperative of Coffee Growers of Palmares supports more than 1350 small family farms. Sustainable agricultural practices in concert with a focus on quality yield a rich, smooth, classic cup that defines the flavor of "coffee." TASTING NOTESTasting notesThe flavors a roaster perceives in the cup — 'jasmine, apricot, black tea'. Descriptive associations, not ingredients: nothing is added to the coffee.
