Rich and sweet; in our Abyssinian coffee we present everything that we love about Ethiopian coffees. HoneyHoney processThe skin is removed but some sticky fruit mucilage is left on during drying. Lands between washed and natural: more sweetness and body than washed, cleaner than natural. blossom and ripe strawberry notes imparted by the naturalNatural processThe whole cherry is dried with the fruit still on the seed. Gives heavier body and big fruit flavors — think berries and wine — sometimes with a fermenty edge. processing method dominate the cup before giving way to dark chocolate and hazelnut in the finish. Easy to work with for any brew method, but we love it in auto-drip, french press, or chemex.
