A somewhat elusive varietyVariety (cultivar)The botanical subtype of the coffee plant — Gesha, Bourbon, SL28 — analogous to grape varieties in wine. A major driver of cup character alongside origin and process., Wush Wush originates from southwest Ethiopia in the Keffa Zone, but having made its way to Colombia is now thriving and producing some of the best flavour profiles we’ve experienced. A low yielding plant it may be, but the coffee that comes off the tree is always worth it.
