It's been far far too long since we roasted a coffee from Carmelita Urduvi's farm. Carmelita is one of the stars of the Sol de la Mañana project spearheaded by the Rodriguez Family to raise the bar for coffee production in the Caranavi region. This HoneyHoney processThe skin is removed but some sticky fruit mucilage is left on during drying. Lands between washed and natural: more sweetness and body than washed, cleaner than natural. processed coffee has a tropical sweetness that shines through with vivid clarity. Carmelita Honey is packaged in our Bolivian bag as part of our Artist Origin Project. The Artist Origin Project is a collaborative initiative where artists from coffee producing countries are invited to create bespoke artwork for 3fe. Our first Bolivian origin bag has been designed by Bolivia artist, Alejandra Salvatierra .
