Gives heavier body and big fruit flavors — think berries and wine — sometimes with a fermenty edge. BourbonBourbonOne of the two foundational arabica varieties (with Typica), named after Île Bourbon (Réunion). Sweet, balanced, caramel-leaning; parent of countless modern cultivars. is making up for lost time though. Cacoeira is the embodiment of everything what we look for in a Brazilian coffee. In the cup you should find lots of refined nutty chocolate and a delightful creaminess.
