The first roast of a new coffee doesn't always land perfectly on profile — when it's a little off our internal spec, we'd rather pass the saving on to you than waste it. Every bag is still 100% specialty-grade, defect-free coffee that makes a genuinely good cup, well above any supermarket bag.
