Lucía Muñoz lives and works on her coffee farm, based in Jaén, northern Peru, where this delicious lot comes from. Lucía has always grown traditional varieties like CaturraCaturraA natural dwarf mutation of Bourbon found in Brazil: compact plants, easier picking, bright and clean cup. A workhorse across Latin America. and BourbonBourbonOne of the two foundational arabica varieties (with Typica), named after Île Bourbon (Réunion). Sweet, balanced, caramel-leaning; parent of countless modern cultivars., but the uniqueness of her coffees comes from the extended fermentation processes she uses. This lot is fruity and bright with tropical notes of apricot, pineapple and passionfruit.
